| Set
on a wharf that juts out into Pichilingue Bay, this
open-air dining spot is protected by a dramatic roof
that simulates a huge white sail. It's very atmospheric
after dark, when a stillness hangs over the bay and
the lights of Puerto Marqués flicker in the distance.
A variety of fish and shellfish dishes are on the
menu, but the specialty of the house is the red snapper
a la talla (basted with chile and other spices and
  broiled over hot coals). |
